The Full Story
The story of Mon Chéri Pâtisserie is deeply rooted in my childhood, where my love for baking blossomed in the warm, inviting kitchen of my grandparents. Those moments were filled with laughter and love, as we crafted delightful treats together. It was during these cherished times that I not only learned various baking techniques but also developed a profound appreciation for the rich tapestry of cultural foods. This early connection to baking ignited a lifelong passion that continues to guide my journey.
In addition to my love for baking, my life has always been intertwined with the worlds of literature and creativity. As an avid reader and a passionate storyteller, I find great joy in drawing, writing songs, and immersing myself in the vivid worlds of anime. These artistic pursuits contribute to the whimsical and imaginative atmosphere of Mon Chéri Pâtisserie, where I aim to blend the art of baking with the magic of storytelling. I believe that, much like a good book, baking has the power to evoke emotions and create lasting memories.
With over ten years of professional experience in the food industry, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of kitchens, from small, intimate bakeries to larger operations. This diverse background has equipped me with the technical skills of baking, as well as a deep understanding of kitchen management and team leadership. Throughout my career, I have learned the significance of fostering a creative environment—something I wholeheartedly strive to implement in my bakery.
One of my greatest joys is sharing my passion for baking with others. Over the past six months, I've had the pleasure of teaching more than 50 students the art of cake and cookie decorating. It fills me with immense fulfillment to witness the spark of creativity ignite in my students as they discover their love for baking. My teaching style emphasizes fun and engagement, ensuring that each student not only learns the techniques but also embraces their passion for baking.
